Day 1 - Arusha City to Tarangire National Park

Your exciting Tanzania safari starts today! Our experienced safari driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel in Arusha. After a short safari briefing, you’ll begin your drive to Tarangire National Park, one of the top wildlife parks in Tanzania. Tarangire is famous for its huge elephant herds and the iconic baobab trees, some of the oldest and biggest trees in Africa.

From your 4x4 safari vehicle with a pop-up roof, you’ll explore the park’s open savannah, seasonal swamps, and the Tarangire River, which attracts many animals, especially during the dry season. Keep your eyes open for giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, lions, leopards, elands, impalas, warthogs, and a wide range of bird species. This park is also a great place for wildlife photography and birdwatching. After your game drive, you’ll head to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight rest.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park to Serengeti Safari Drive

After a fresh breakfast at your lodge or campsite, begin your scenic road trip to Serengeti National Park, one of the most famous safari parks in Africa. The journey takes you through the Great Rift Valley, passing beautiful landscapes, local villages, and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area along the way.

You’ll arrive at Serengeti National Park in the afternoon, just in time for your first game drive in the park.
