Day 02: Arusha to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

After breakfast, depart for the world renowned Ngorongoro Conservation Area, often called Africa’s “Garden of Eden.”Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch before descending 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater home to an incredible concentration of wildlife. Spot wildebeests, zebras, warthogs, elephants, and an impressive population of lions and other predators.Make sure to visit Lake Magadi, a shallow alkaline lake frequented by large flocks of flamingos and other water birds.
