Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha

Upon landing at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by our professional safari representative and transferred to your lodge in Arusha. After check-in, relax and enjoy a freshly prepared dinner before settling in for an overnight stay as you prepare for your Tanzania photographic safari adventure.

Day 2: Arusha National Park Wildlife Photography

After breakfast, depart for a photography-focused game drive in Arusha National Park, carrying a picnic lunch. This scenic park offers spectacular views of Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru, along with highlights such as the Momella Lakes and Ngurdoto Crater. Photograph diverse wildlife and look out for the striking Black-and-White Colobus Monkeys leaping through the forest canopy. Return to Arusha in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Arusha to Tarangire National Park – Wildlife Photography

Travel to Tarangire National Park, famous for its massive elephant herds and towering ancient baobab trees. Enjoy an afternoon game drive along the Tarangire River, a vital water source that attracts a wide variety of wildlife. Capture memorable wildlife moments before dinner and overnight inside or near the park.

Day 4: Full-Day Wildlife Photography in Tarangire National Park

Spend the entire day exploring Tarangire National Park on guided game drives. The park’s acacia woodlands and open savannah provide excellent opportunities for photography of elephants, wildebeest, zebras, buffalo, impalas, gazelles, hartebeest, and elands. Tarangire is also home to rare species such as Lesser Kudu and Fringe-eared Oryx. Stay overnight in Tarangire.

Day 5: Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park – Wildlife Photography

After breakfast, drive toward Lake Manyara National Park, passing through the scenic Ngorongoro Highlands. This diverse ecosystem is known for elephants, baboons, hippos, flamingos, and the famous tree-climbing lions. En route, visit Mto wa Mbu village for a cultural experience and a traditional home-hosted lunch. Continue to Karatu for dinner and overnight.

Day 6: Karatu to Ngorongoro Conservation Area

Enjoy a relaxed breakfast before visiting the Iraqw community, one of Tanzania’s oldest farming cultures. Learn about their traditional agricultural practices and lifestyle. Later, continue to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for lunch, followed by an afternoon game drive in the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater. Ascend to your accommodation on the crater rim for dinner and overnight with panoramic views

Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater Wildlife Photography

Depart early to descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, often called Africa’s natural wildlife sanctuary. This fertile caldera hosts a dense concentration of animals, including lions, elephants, hippos, and one of the last remaining populations of Black Rhinos in East Africa. Enjoy a full day of exceptional wildlife photography before returning to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 8: Ngorongoro to Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, journey toward the legendary Serengeti National Park. Enjoy game viewing en route as the landscape opens into vast, endless plains. An afternoon game drive introduces you to the Serengeti’s incredible wildlife diversity. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 9: Serengeti Wildlife Photography

Spend the day on relaxed, unhurried game drives across the Serengeti, allowing ample time to track wildlife and capture outstanding photographs. Your carefully selected camp location maximizes access to wildlife-rich areas. Dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 10: Serengeti Wildlife Photography & Great Migration

Enjoy a full day of game drives with a picnic lunch while following the Great Wildebeest Migration (seasonal). Witness thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles crossing the plains, closely followed by predators such as lions, leopards, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals. End the day with a breathtaking African sunset before dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

Day 11: Serengeti Wildlife Photography – Big Cats

Day 12: Fly from Serengeti National Park to Arusha – Departure

After breakfast, transfer to the airstrip for a scenic low-altitude flight back to Arusha, offering incredible aerial views of the wilderness and volcanic landscapes below.
